WHO ARE TOC TALENTS?
TOC Talents are young immigrants or potential immigrants living in or outside Canada, typically between the ages of 16 and 30, who: 1. Possess exceptional skills or creativity in technology, science, engineering, or innovation. 2. Face barriers to access such as lack of funding, mentorship, or institutional support. 3. Are passionate about using their talents to create solutions to real-world challenges. 4. Are committed to growth, learning, and community collaboration. Whether you're a coder, builder, designer, researcher, inventor, or dreamer—if you have untapped potential, you belong here. TOC Talent programs are dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and empowering young technology talents who have been overlooked due to lack of resources, location, or lack of opportunity.
