Time of Creators (TOC) Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to discovering and empowering young immigrant innovators—especially those with exceptional technological talents who have been overlooked or unsupported in their home countries. Many young people across the world have big dreams and untapped potentials but face systemic barriers, lack of resources, or limited access to opportunities. TOC Foundation exists to change that.
