TOC Foundation recognizes that strategic partnerships with government institutions, designated venture capital firms, and angel investors are crucial to fulfilling its vision of building a more inclusive innovation economy in Canada.

Engagement with Designated Venture Capital Funds and Angel Investors
TOC is building a structured investment pipeline by:
•	Partnering with IRCC-designated Venture Capital funds to support startup founders coming through Canada’s Start-Up Visa Program.
•	Creating early-stage funding readiness programs for TOC Talents to help them meet investor requirements.
•	Co-hosting pitch events, demo days, and innovation expos to showcase TOC startups to investors.
•	Developing a “TOC Incubation Network”, enabling angel investors and VCs to mentor and invest in diverse, early-stage companies formed by TOC Talents.
